Church Links
As a Church of England Primary School we have strong links with the church of St Edward King and Martyr. The school visit the church monthly for Collective Worship and parents are invited to our church services across the year to celebrate different times in the Christian calendar.
We have a strong bank of church volunteers who give time to support the school in a variety of ways. Some are school governors, others hear children read weekly and others support us leading prayer spaces and other initiatives across the year. Our Year 6 enjoyed a fantastic Prayer Pilgrimage at the end of the year, walking around the village reflecting on their time at primary school and looking forward to the changes ahead.
